I am Marty Watson.
I've worked in professional kitchens over the last 25 years, and dreamt up the concept of establishing Cabin Fever Confections LLC. With a Midwest work ethic, a Creative Arts background, a passion for flavor and textural complexity, and an obsessive attention to detail; I knew that starting my own business was the only way to practice and develop my knowledge for baking and candy-making in a small, isolated city like Fairbanks. Founded in Alaska in 2017, I then brought this wonderful business back to my hometown in the Dayton area to share with friends and neighbors in 2019.
